How School Round Registration Works
Nominate a School Coordinator
A teacher or competition coordinator acts as the main EONZ contact for the school.

The coordinator downloads the official EONZ Excel registration template.
Register Students
The school collects the required student information and completes one spreadsheet for its participating students.
Upload Before the Deadline
The completed Excel registration file is uploaded through the EONZ website before the deadline.

A Straightforward process for Schools
Schools normally manage:
collecting student information
completing the Excel registration template
submitting the spreadsheet
receiving registration and results communications
EONZ manages
examination delivery
online check-in and invigilation
technical support
marking and results
National Final Round invitations
all later completion and selection stages
Schools are not normally required to invigilate the at-home School Round or manage later stages of the EONZ pathway.
Technical Support
Progressing to the National Final Round
Candidates experiencing a significant technical incident must contact EONZ immediately through the published examination support channels.
An interrupted attempt cannot be resumed. Incidents arising later in the examination will be reviewed by EONZ on a case-by-case basis.
The 100 highest-performing eligible candidates, together with all candidates tied at the qualification boundary, qualify for NFR, subject to eligibility and academic integrity review.
There is no waiting list or replacement process if a qualifier declines.
Students receive their raw score, award and qualification outcome.
